    MARKETING & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Bre's positive, can-do attitude is an invaluable asset to the First Avenue team. Her previous experience in sales and marketing has proven to be an invaluable asset in her current role, allowing her to develop a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. She enthusiastically approaches every task and takes pride in her work, ensuring that every project she is involved in is completed to the highest standards. Bre's commitment to providing exceptional customer service to clients is admirable, and she always goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

    Bre finds joy in being a loving mum in her free time and spending quality time with her family and beloved dogs, Tuck and Floose. She also has a passion for crocheting and has even starred in a reality TV show when she was 18!

  • Crystal

    NDIS PLAN MANAGER

    Crystal is an exceptional Plan Manager who has dedicated nearly five years of her career to First Avenue.

    She has gained extensive knowledge of the NDIS and has achieved the remarkable feat of becoming an NDIS Plan Manager after completing her Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping. Crystal has held various roles in administration, management, and customer service, all of which have contributed to her extensive skill set. Her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for participants are the hallmarks of her work. Crystal's passion for helping others and her dedication to her work make her a true inspiration to all.

    Crystal spends her free time walking, travelling & spending time with her family.

  • Emma

    HR & OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

    Emma is a valuable member of the First Avenue team, who joined in October 2022.

    Originally from a small country town, she discovered her passion for helping others through her previous role, guiding individuals to pursue careers in the disability industry. With her expertise in administration, account management, and customer service, Emma has developed an exceptional skillset. Her dedication and hard work led her to complete a Certificate 3 in Business and a Certificate 4 in Human Resources.

    In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends and planning their next big holiday.

  • James

    DIRECTOR & NDIS PLAN MANAGER

    James, the creator and Director of First Avenue was born and raised in Wagga Wagga.

    He graduated from Charles Sturt University with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and became a Member of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. With his extensive experience in accounting and being an NDIS participant himself, James has a comprehensive understanding of the NDIS. He is committed to helping participants achieve their NDIS plan goals while giving them choice and control. James's dedication and passion for supporting others, combined with his personal experience, make him an inspiration.

    James enjoys being creative, listening to his favourite music and spending time with his family outside of work.

  • Tammy

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Tammy is originally from Hastings, England, but for the past 12 years, she has called Australia her home. She has gained valuable skills from her various work backgrounds, including being an administrator, an early childhood educator, and an engineering technician in the Royal Air Force.

    Tammy is also familiar with mental health issues and caring for a parent with a disability. She wishes to help in reducing the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health and caregiving. Tammy is passionate about supporting her team and participants to do their best.

    Outside work, Tammy sells her handmade jewellery at local markets and spends time with her husband and two beloved cats, Frosty and Fanta.
