Managing your NDIS plan can feel overwhelming, especially if you are new to the process. At First Avenue Plan Management, we are here to support you every step of the way.

Our Plan Management service is designed to simplify the financial administration of your NDIS plan. You can enjoy the flexibility of choosing providers while having support with the administrative tasks associated with managing your funding.

We take care of the paperwork, including processing provider invoices, making payments on your behalf, and helping you monitor your NDIS budget. This allows you to focus on your supports, goals and day-to-day life.

You will also receive regular budget updates and clear reporting, helping you stay informed about how your NDIS funding is being used and supporting you to maintain choice and control over your plan.

At First Avenue, our goal is to make NDIS plan management straightforward, transparent and supportive by assisting with the financial administration of your NDIS funding.

Please note that Plan Managers process claims and payments in accordance with NDIS requirements. Eligibility for supports and funding is determined by the NDIS and the participant's approved plan.
